Add to cart in chat, with real product options
Shoppers can now ask the assistant to add products to their cart and specify the quantity.
- When required options such as size or colour are missing, the chat asks shoppers to select them before adding the product.
- Availability and prices are checked. A price change requires a new confirmation.
